- Experience in resource management, including team mentoring, coaching, and development.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage BIM processes across various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with the director and other senior management.
- Proven ability to lead BIM teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative solutions for complex project challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Advanced certification in BIM management or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of creating and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and addendums, including workflow and process maps.
- Extensive experience in QA/QC procedures, Asset Management, and COBie implementation.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, including ISO 19650.
- Ability to create and manage BIM Execution documentation and contribute to a Center of Excellence.
- Expertise in developing thorough BIM execution documentation.
- Ability to contribute to the creation of a Center of Excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation in BIM processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for excellence in BIM management
