Job Description
A leading contracting company is seeking to hire an HR Generalist to join its team and contribute to the development and improvement of the internal work environment.If you have 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically within construction sector, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable labor laws.
Monitor and continuously update employee records and data.
Coordinate with various departments regarding hiring, transfers, and leaves.
Support the recruitment process and select qualified candidates, especially for technical and field positions.
Prepare periodic HR reports and submit them to management.
Monitor attendance and ensure the proper application of the working hours system.
Handle employee complaints and labor-related issues, working to resolve them in a way that ensures a stable work environment.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within contracting or project-based companies.
Good knowledge of labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong organizational skills and effective communication with employees at all levels.
