Job Description

Job Summary:

The People and Culture Senior Specialist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave. Enforcing company policies and practices that help foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the well-being and development of employees. They work closely with the leadership team, managers, and employees to help build a strong and engaged workforce.

 

Job Description:

·      Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.

·      Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.

·      Develop and prepare job descriptions, profiles and offer letters.

·       Plan employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.

·      Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met

·      Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.

·      Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves.

·      Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures: Creating and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations and promotes a positive workplace culture.

·      Developing and implementing onboarding and training programs that ensure employees are properly trained and have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

·      Developing and implementing performance management systems that enable managers to provide feedback to employees, track progress, and set goals.

·      Developing and implementing programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.

·      Analyzing HR data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

 

Job Requirements

·       Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or relevant human resources Position

.  Min. years of experience in HR (Generalist) is 2 - 3 years of experience IS A MUST

.  Excellent to Fluent English speakers IS A MUST

·      Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

·      Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

·      Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

·      Excellent communication and people skills

·      Familiarity with full recruitment cycle

·      Experience with HR databases and HR systems

·      In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online platforms

·      Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

·       Good organizational and time management skills
