Job Description
- Set a Plan for training programs based on business goals & Design the training materials (Product knowledge & Key selling points& enhancing sales skills)
- Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs.
- Oversee learning activities Evaluate the results.
- Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Following up the Egyptian smartphone Market by keeping in touch with sales teamwork customers, visiting stores & analyzing the market opportunities and risks to enhance OPPO's market share.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3+ years of Working experience in the smartphone industry is preferred.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Excellent Presentation& communication and leadership skills
- Excellent User of MS Office and video editing software.
