Job Description

  • Set a Plan for training programs based on business goals & Design the training materials (Product knowledge & Key selling points& enhancing sales skills)
  • Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs.
  • Oversee learning activities Evaluate the results.
  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Following up the Egyptian smartphone Market by keeping in touch with sales teamwork customers, visiting stores & analyzing the market opportunities and risks to enhance OPPO's market share.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of Working experience in the smartphone industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Excellent Presentation& communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent User of MS Office and video editing software.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, goal-oriented
