Job Description
- Lead and manage the mathematics department across all school sections, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review the mathematics curriculum to align with international and national standards.
- Mentor, support, and evaluate mathematics teachers, providing professional development opportunities and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, set goals, and monitor progress towards academic targets.
- Collaborate with school leadership to integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into the classroom.
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends, address learning gaps, and implement targeted interventions.
- Oversee the selection and use of instructional materials, resources, and assessment tools.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching mathematics, with proven leadership or coordination responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural school environment is highly desirable.
