Job Description

Nozha Beach Co. is hiring Admin Assistant.

Job description:

  • Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
  • Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails,   and client records, and data entry and reporting.
  • Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
  • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  • Preparing work reports for the weekly meetings and directing them to the customer service manager
  • Follow up customer reports for each customer service employee and prepare reports for non-compliance clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Good English.
