Job description:
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
- Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, and client records, and data entry and reporting.
- Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
- Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
- Preparing work reports for the weekly meetings and directing them to the customer service manager
- Follow up customer reports for each customer service employee and prepare reports for non-compliance clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Good English.
