Job Description
- Build the overall time schedule and create the required updates whenever necessary.
- Preparing reports (biweekly - monthly) to clarify the executive position of the business, whether by the owner or internally.
- Follow up, evaluate, calculate and analyze the actual progress status.
- Monitor contractors and sub-contractors’ productivity on site.
- Monitoring supplies and purchases and their arrival times at a site according to work needs and modify whenever required.
- Providing proposals and alternatives to ensure business progress.
- Create an emergency plan to avoid risks.
- Determine the necessary elements that essential to develop the site progress to achieve the main schedule and accordingly provide the correction actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or ither department.
- At least 10 years Project Management Experience.
- Team player.
- Analytical Skills.
- Attention to Details.
- Excellent MS Office- Primavera – AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Proven track of English language.
