Job Description
We are looking for an IT Professional Services Engineer to join our team and contribute to the implementation and delivery of IT solutions and projects in line with approved scopes of work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement IT solutions according to the approved Scope of Work and project plans.
- Participate in IT projects delivery, including:
- Preparing and configuring end-user environments (PCs, Laptops, Printers).
- Implementing and deploying Servers, Storage, and UPS solutions.
- Executing network and infrastructure configurations as part of company projects.
- Execute project phases (Installation, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live & Handover, Work on Microsoft solutions, including:
- Microsoft 365
- Email and collaboration solutions
- Identity and access management
- Support the implementation of security solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Perform on-site project activities when required.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project handover materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of IT project implementation and infrastructure delivery.
Good knowledge of: - Microsoft solutions
- Networking fundamentals
- Basic cybersecurity concepts
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow structured delivery processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
