Job Description
- Develop training strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and market needs.
- Design, coordinate, and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars in accordance with quality standards.
- Prepare and manage the training center's budget, including estimating costs and allocating resources appropriately.
- Work with trainers and designers to develop innovative and engaging training content that meets the needs of the trainees.
- Build and enhance relationships with external partners, such as companies and educational organizations, to expand the reach of training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and apply quality standards across all aspects of training programs.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, including trainees, trainers, and management.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques and designing effective marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of technology applications in training and e-learning.
- Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools to make strategic decisions.
- An academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is considered a plus.
