Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of facility management to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
- Oversee office space allocation, moves, and reconfigurations to support business needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address facility-related requests and concerns.
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects and renovations.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities preferably in Factories (Manufacturing industry)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience Managing Security and Housekeeping operations.
- Familiarity with facility management systems and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience working with vendors and managing service contracts.
- Willingness to be on-site and respond to facility emergencies as needed.
