Job Description
- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
- Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and standards
- Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations.
- Developing and implementing a proactive maintenance program
- Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
- Hiring sub-contractors for specialized maintenance works
- Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity
- Follow up for every maintenance request with ensuring the task is completed in the assigned time
- Documenting and keeping a record of every maintenance request in terms of date request, finish cost and remarks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any related major
- 2-3 years of experience in related fields
- Facility Maintenance background is a must
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Very good experience in MS office ( Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Good experience in AutoCAD
- Good level in both written and spoken English Language
- Good Analytical & reporting skills
