- We're looking for details oriented, highly motivated, flexible Facility administrator detail-oriented responsible for all facility administrations to keep our company on point and organized.
Job Description
- Tracks the monthly maintenance role and ensuring 100% functionality.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the department.
- Support at Reception during breaks, vacation etc.
- Monitoring stock levels of Stationery and Consumables used by Employees and placing orders with the purchasing department.
- Resolves concerns, conflicts, and problems to ensure that services are provided professionally and safely.
- Handles all branches and points of sale in different cities all over Egypt utilities and maintenance
- Perform other tasks and duties as required.

- Bachelor’s degree
- From 2-4 years of experience
- Good English language
- Flexile with moving between different cities all over Egypt.
- Pro-active and hands-on – happy to support other Team members
- Good Microsoft office Command.
- Good attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
