Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the product configurations on Siebel CRM product catalog.
- Responsible to work with solution architect and CRM development team for new developments involving products.
- Debugging and fixing issues related to product configuration.
- Supporting operations team in resolving customer complaints related to products and services.
- Responsible for supporting testing team during various business testing phases related to product launches.
- Should be able to provide various reports from system around products when required.
- Should be fully aware of the overall product provisioning flows for telecom products in order to design and implement proper product structures.
- Working closely with billing & provisioning teams for end to end flow implementation and operations.
- Working closely with solution team for product catalog related to e-shop and CMS.
- Responsible for various L1 & L2 tickets in CRM operations team.
- Should be able to work fully in L2 operations in shifts as per overall working model.
- Documentation of various above-mentioned tasks.
Job Requirements
- BS in computer science
- Telecom experience is a must
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience is a must
- At least 8 years of overall IT experience in telecom sector
- Good knowledge of Oracle databases for SQL/proc writing
- Basic knowledge of integrations
- Knowledge of other O/BSS systems in a plus
