Job Description
- Develop and implement an effective compliance and follow-up plan collaboratively with the internal audit & other company executive team to accomplish strategic and compliance objectives.
- Review the governance and compliance policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct the follow-up on implemented action plans taken by management regarding internal audit reports.
- Advise the management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports and provide technical assistance when needed.
- Prepare the governance follow up and compliance continuous monitoring draft results.
- Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
- Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
- Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Represents audit committee on organizational project teams, at management meetings, and with external organizations.
- Takes immediate escalation procedure which involve investigation and actions regarding any non-conformity issue.
- Providing consulting services to Cleopatra Hospitals Group's management and staff.
- Resolve management & employee concerns about legal compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in governance and compliance professions
- Professional certification in governance and compliance is preferable.
- Working knowledge of multiple governance and compliance disciplines including ethics, culture monitoring, due diligence, investigations & fraud.
- Certification (CIA/CCSA/GRCP, etc.) Preferable, and/or Graduate degree in business-related areas.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent Excel user.
