Job Description
- Duty Manager has a lead role in setting the management, coordination and monitoring framework for patient care delivery, access and improving systems and processes within Andalusia updated set of services.
- He shall act as an advocate for patients/clients and staff and promotes consumer involvement in care delivery.
- Duty Manager assists in delivering the best-in-class services delivered by the hospital, by increasing patient retention, ensuring higher level of satisfaction and avoiding/resolving disputes.
- He works as a delegate of the Hospital manager when dealing with customers' issues.
