Job Description
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
- Analyzing Company’s Financial Strengths & weakness and proposing corrective actions.
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Contact person for shareholders, auditors, tax consultants, banks, insurance, and representative official bodies
- Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Master’s degree in accounting and/or MBA is a plus.
- 18+ years of Proven experience in Financial Field , at least 5 years as CFO , Financial Manager or relevant role.
- CPA is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to strategic and solve problems

- Excellent communication and people skills
