Job Description
- Preparing, writing, reviewing and amending contracts and other contractual agreements required for daily business and operations
- Negotiating and discussing contracts with clients: from incorporation to liquidation.
- Providing legal opinions related to general aspects of clients' work.
- Carrying out legal studies, formulating legal opinions, exploring potential business opportunities.
- Providing legal opinions on stock acquisitions and corporate mergers.
- Follow up on the periodic work of clients in terms of legality and compliance with Egyptian laws.
- Ensure that clients companies' regulations and policies are in line with Egyptian laws and assess the legal position of the companies.
- Drafting reports and research on the new laws and decisions issued in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries.
- Preparing and reviewing labour contracts, their appendices, and bylaws to ensure their compliance with Egyptian laws.
- Conducting due diligence procedures for mergers and acquisitions.
- Preparing and issuing monthly reports regarding all files and submitting them to the managing partner and / or deputy.
- Issuing invoices and following up the collection of fees after presenting to the Accounting Department and the Managing Partner.
- Follow up legal procedures in all governmental and non-governmental agencies.
- Performing all related tasks not mentioned above if needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Law degree.
- Experience:2-5 years of experience.
- Must hold an attorney’s license in order to practice law in Egypt.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Highly analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills.
- Egyptian Citizen.
- Lives in Cairo.
