Job Description
- Install and configure laptops, software/applications, and integration with Microsoft Active Directory
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
- Install and configure computers, Hard wares, Systems, Networks, Printers, etc.
- Support Staff either face to face, over the phone, or remotely for solving problems.
- Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & Softwares faults.
- Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Responding in a timely manner to services, issues, and requests.
- Knowledge of servers, devices, antivirus, firewall and call center
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management.
- Very Good Knowledge of system security techniques
- MCSE Certificate is preferable
- Proven experience with firewalls & antivirus servers
- good knowledge of email servers & office 365
