Job Description
- Manage relationships with customers in assigned markets to maximize profitable growth for the company to achieve targets effectively.
- Build strong relationships with direct & indirect customers (real estate developers)
- Arrange meetings with clients and present our studios and its work
- Develop and implement a plan for attracting new customers while maintaining present customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to customers and prospective customers
- Meet with the consultants, projects managers to create market awareness 6-Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Architectural Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience: from 3 y to 8 y
- Fluent in English
- Team Working ability.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
