Job Description

Filing

  • Preparation and maintenance of personnel files
  • Preparing and filing performance management documents 
  • Collecting Police checks that ensure continuous coverage.
  • Record any disciplinary actions and grievance
  • Preparing all needed documents for medical cover for local employees
  • Amendments to the personal accident insurance policy
  • Contact the Social Insurance Office and other government agencies

Personnel

  • Signing filling Form 1&6 and sending it to the social insurance office
  • Preparing all employees files
  • Keeping a record for Form 2

Payroll

  • Responsible for giving all salary impacts to the financial department a week before salary dates.
  • Keep records of all impacts.

 Reports

  • Staff reports as requested by the senior management team (such as weekly absences)
  • Assist in compiling the quarterly report.
  • Report on timekeeping

Recruitment

  • Keep records of needed vacancies
  • Prepare and post vacancies on diff, Channels
  • Prepare Applications and organize interviews with involved parties
  • Keep records of rejected candidates
  • Prepare and follow up on offers sent to candidates.
  • Educate new staff about Egypt before arrival.

New staff

  • Allocate staff number
  • Welcome packs
  • Hotel and car booking
  • Meeting new staff to show them the apartments
  • Assisting housing officer with apartment leases
  • Arrange social activities and cultural tours.
  • Communication of induction, including monitoring of the New Staff process
  • Prepare all contracts with the salary scale
  • Planning and implementing the induction day and session

Other

  • Arranging for office coverage during vacations and keeping annual leave records
  • Performing any other duties requested by Senior HR Officer
  • Follow-up with private medical insurance regarding sick cases
  • Preparing new work contracts and contract renewal
  • Issuing HR letters when requested
  • Filling and tracking Campuses rent payments.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Preferably in Personnel
  • Graduate from Faculty of Business administration of any relevant field
  • HR diploma is a plus
