Job Description
- Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
- Filing all employees' documents in their files and make sure they are complete to match Egyptian labor law requirements.
- Collecting time-sheet and payroll data in order to cover the day-to-day attendance activity.
- Receiving all attendance related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
- Calculating salaries, benefits, tax deductions, social insurance deductions, bonuses then preparing pay slips and deliver them to all employees.
- Responsible for employment contracts and resignations procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in commerce or law.
- ( 3 : 5 ) years of experience.
- Previous experience in hospitals is a must.
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- Maximum age 30.
- Alexandria residency.
- Excellent use of Excel.
