Job Description
- Planning and organizing and orienting all production process and schedules.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
- Determining quality control standard.
- Meeting with shift supervisors and heads of production departments to discuss the results achieved from the production line and participate in making proposed. amendments to the established policies or operational plans.
- Make training plan with HR department for production stuff to raise the scientific and practical efficiency.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
Job Requirements
- Suitable bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a production manager in industrial field.
- Experience in glass processing (tempered glass-laminated glass-sandblasting glass-insulating glass-heat strengthened glass - structured glazing units)
- Cairo resident only.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Superior attention to details.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
