Job Description

  • Work effectively as a member of the faculty admin team to provide support to key activities as directed by the faculty team leader (Semester contact list, Exams time, accreditation).
  • Support students and help them if they have any registration problems to ensure they are registered according to the time frame given by registration team.
  • Ensure that all grades are sent to the admission team and follow up with the professors who did not send their grades.
  • Make sure that all Labs of the assigned programs are ready for visits scheduled by the public relations department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff at all collaborative departments.
  • Proceed with the Planned per semester courses; Send the Courses List to registration team, Issue the hiring memos for adjunct professors and Teaching Assistants. Add their full details on the shared contact List created by the faculty team leader.
  • Organize Events related to my assigned programs; the 3 days training held by Environmental Engineering program for AFS 17 years old international students.
  • Prepare all procurement documents needed to purchase the requested items.
  • Follow up the budget of the assigned programs to make sure that all expenses are covered.
  • Follow up with the transportation and facilities department to reserve transportation to visits and field trips.
  • Support students in their competitions through preparing the requested documents to get funds for their participation on theses competitions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 3+ years of hands on administrative support experience. 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must. 
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • University Experience is preferred.

  • Make priority list for all tasks.
