Job Description

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending a further set of actions
  • Advice on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Oversee operations of the finance, Purchasing & HR departments, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Cooperate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Assist with high-level decisions about policies and strategies
  • Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with Tax regulation and ensure Compliance with different audit activities in a timely and accurate manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Master's degree in Finance or CPA, CMA ( preferred )
  • 12-16 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles IFRS, Local GAAP, Tax laws.
  • Good knowledge of Labor & Corporate laws
  • Experience in using ERP System as SAP or similar will be considered a plus
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
