Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending a further set of actions
- Advice on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Oversee operations of the finance, Purchasing & HR departments, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Cooperate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Assist with high-level decisions about policies and strategies
- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Master's degree in Finance or CPA, CMA ( preferred )
- 12-16 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles IFRS, Local GAAP, Tax laws.
- Good knowledge of Labor & Corporate laws
- Experience in using ERP System as SAP or similar will be considered a plus
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
