Job Description
- Present our solutions to potential clients and accurately analyzing client needs and expectations.
- Following up on potential leads until they are successfully converted to new clients.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied by supporting them through email, phone, online
- presentations, screen-share and in person meetings to resolve issues or inform them of important
- updates
- Ensure smooth and successful delivery and implementation of our solutions according to client
- requirements
- Relay client feedback to production and development team to enhance future feature development to
- meet the most critical client needs
- Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the current clients and building new ones.
- Generating new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
