Job Description
- To manage, organize, assist, and coach the sales force in their daily activities to sell company`s Products.
- To analyze the individuals/team performance on a regular basis using all supporting reports
- To control and track on regular basis the overall sales KPIs of the branches/insurance specialists.
- Develop team as well as bank staff to enhance the quality of business and insure the performance`s consistency • To maintain the healthy relationship with Bank management (Branch/Regional Managers) as well as the upper management so that to be able to improve the overall performance of the branches and ISs.
- Monthly Plan to regular visit, analyze and assess the quality of the work of each branch/insurance specialist.
- Organize regular sales meetings with the Insurance specialists in respect with a predefined agenda and methodology
- Motivate the sales force as well as Bank staff to generate the expected activities based on the potential.
- Develop team as well as branches’ bank staff to enhance the quality of business and insure the performance consistency and policies persistency.
- Provide frequent feedback about individuals/branches performance.
- Participate in projects/assignments with Bancassurance management.
- Develop a line of successors to enlarge and reach Bank Regions’ potential.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years insurance sales experience, especially with Banc-assurance background.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
- Excellent Negotiation, creativity, communication skills & Leadership skills.
