Job Description

  • To manage, organize, assist, and coach the sales force in their daily activities to sell company`s Products.
  • To analyze the individuals/team performance on a regular basis using all supporting reports
  • To control and track on regular basis the overall sales KPIs of the branches/insurance specialists.
  • Develop team as well as bank staff to enhance the quality of business and insure the performance`s consistency • To maintain the healthy relationship with Bank management (Branch/Regional Managers) as well as the upper management so that to be able to improve the overall performance of the branches and ISs.
  • Monthly Plan to regular visit, analyze and assess the quality of the work of each branch/insurance specialist. 
  • Organize regular sales meetings with the Insurance specialists in respect with a predefined agenda and methodology 
  • Motivate the sales force as well as Bank staff to generate the expected activities based on the potential. 
  • Develop team as well as branches’ bank staff to enhance the quality of business and insure the performance consistency and policies persistency.
  • Provide frequent feedback about individuals/branches performance. 
  • Participate in projects/assignments with Bancassurance management.
  •  Develop a line of successors to enlarge and reach Bank Regions’ potential.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years insurance sales experience, especially with Banc-assurance background.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent user of MS Office.
  • Excellent Negotiation, creativity, communication skills & Leadership skills.
