Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
  • Conduct surveys regarding products, services and customer service experiences
  • Assign, update and manage client requests through cases in our ticketing system
  • Process Customer Orders
  • Learn product information and operations to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot on behalf of customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill clients’ needs and meet delivery expectations
  • Work with warehouse to ensure adequate stock and create purchase orders for stock items and drop ship purchase orders for items not in stock
  • Other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
  • Quick decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
