Job Description
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Acts as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
- Conduct surveys regarding products, services and customer service experiences
- Assign, update and manage client requests through cases in our ticketing system
- Process Customer Orders
- Learn product information and operations to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot on behalf of customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill clients’ needs and meet delivery expectations
- Work with warehouse to ensure adequate stock and create purchase orders for stock items and drop ship purchase orders for items not in stock
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good command of English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
