Job Description
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Manage annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Formulated projects road map and managed to deliver a fault-tolerant effective infrastructure and business systems to the defined availability and business continuity requirements.
Job Requirements
- Age: 32 – 40.
- Gender: Male.
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
- Working experience: 9+ at least 3 years working as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Field of Experience: Software, project management, procurement, Retail system, Salesforce automation system and ERP systems preferred Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
- Education background: Engineering background or related IT certificate.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- ITIL Certified, PMP certified is plus.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Working in the Retail & Distribution field is preferred.
