Job Description
Performance Appraisal:
- Develop and apply a High-Performance Evaluation System
- Develop KPIs for the new jobs
- Review the current KPIs, and its effectiveness and relativeness
- Implement the periodic appraisals (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Managing a feedback process that is continuous and timely throughout the review period.
- Managing a dialogue that includes performance feedback measured against clear and specific goals and expectations established at the outset of the performance management cycle.
- Reporting the outcomes of the performance review process that is documented between the manager and the employee.
- Managing a two-way individual conversation between the manager and the employee.
Other duties:
- Will be responsible for some tasks related to Payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- HR Certificate/ Diploma is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Patience and able to deal with all types of personalities.
- Good understanding of Payroll best practices.
