Job Description

Performance Appraisal:

  • Develop and apply a High-Performance Evaluation System
  • Develop KPIs for the new jobs
  • Review the current KPIs, and its effectiveness and relativeness
  • Implement the periodic appraisals (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
  • Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
  • Managing a feedback process that is continuous and timely throughout the review period.
  • Managing a dialogue that includes performance feedback measured against clear and specific goals and expectations established at the outset of the performance management cycle.
  • Reporting the outcomes of the performance review process that is documented between the manager and the employee.
  • Managing a two-way individual conversation between the manager and the employee.

Other duties:

  • Will be responsible for some tasks related to Payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • HR Certificate/ Diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Patience and able to deal with all types of personalities.
  • Good understanding of Payroll best practices.
