- Onsite customer education incl. operation and application training, upgrades and follow-ups.
- Professional application support to resolve customer tickets , escalations and complaints.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hematology and immunoassay.
- Bachelor degree of science or equivalent qualifications from a reputable university.
- Very good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Very good command of English language.
