Job Description
- Study specs, BOQ's and offers.
- Prepare Cost Estimation for offers & tenders.
- Conduct meetings with contractors and consultants.
- Study drawings and create material takeoffs for projects.
- Issue inquires and clarifications (RFI).
- Make purchasing deals with suppliers.
- Preparing milestone Invoices for projects.
- Make submittal and approve it from consultant.
- Participate in tenders and attend technical and financial sessions.
- Participate in fairs and events.
- Make good relations with contractors & consultants (Visits & Seminars).
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5 years exp minimum.
- Reviewing Technical issues (Shop Drawings, Material Submittal, etc.).
- Budgeting
- Prepare offers and submittals.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Have worked with reputed brands for mechanical equipment. (Fire pump, sprinklers, Gas suppression systems, foam etc.)
- Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales.
- Pitching ideas to senior management.
- Reacting to any changes in customer demand.
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones.
