Job Description

We Are seeking an experienced (Sales and Marketing Manager) for our fire alarm and firefighting products division. The role is focused on the Egypt region and targets a broad range of sectors due to the versatility of the products.

To manage the sales team and to be responsible for sales, profitability of sales division including:

  • Increase the company’s involvement with existing client
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for sale
  • Develop and manage client communication tools
  • · Monitor activities of sales coordinators for deliveries.
  • Ensure the payments come as per agreed terms from distributors.
  • Ensure agreed sales figures are achieved with good margins for the division.
  • Ensure that sales team members reporting in achieve their sales figures.
  • Support the distributors in marketing & deliveries.
  • Setup the sales prices structure and targeted market sales price.
  • Formulation of our group sales strategy.
  • Distribution channel analysis and development.
  • New product development planning and management.
  • Sales organization planning and development.
  • Export and local sales development.
  • Business planning, Launch and implementation of yearly sales budgets passed on products and markets.
  • Set up right systems and processes for smooth operation of the division.
  • Motivate the team to achieve set goals.
  • Feedback to management for setting up the right pricing for the market.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 10 years work experience in fire alarm and firefighting products.
  • Experience of selling in the Egypt.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with senior management, internal and external partners, and clients.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethics and a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
