Job Description

  • Supply support to our customers and partner base resolving issues by utilizing widely available resources, teams, and own skill and experience.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, presentations
  • Ensure the highest level of support available from company software to customers and partners.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, measured on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in support ERP systems.
  • Have experience as a DBA in MS SQL and Oracle DB.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills job requirements
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
