Job Description
- This position is responsible for developing strategies for targeting clients and conducting marketing and business development activities for the company.
- Set up goals and forecasts for future projects. Coordinates the development of the proposal with planning, estimating, and other appropriate departments’ strategies, and assist
- Build organizational partnerships and strategic alliances with governmental institutions, regional organizations, and technology accelerators, for working with client executives from project conceptualization through to construction
- Maintain and develop good relationships with all of our stakeholders and increase our reach to new markets and prospective clients.
- Maintaining and developing proper marketing positioning and creating marketing plans to meet the organizational goals and targets.
- Maintain records of target area business development and project data to aid in the coordination of all marketing and operation plans.
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
- Research new engineering technologies and operational techniques in the field of road and bridge construction.
- Create innovative solutions for the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads and bridges
- Research and develop technologies and systems for smart data in the road and bridges construction industry
- Develop and coordinate new projects opportunities
- Research different markets in Africa and the Middle East for our engineering solutions and its applicability abroad.
- Coordinate between internal departments to ensure proper work flow and business progression, while using proper programs and applications.

- Usage of Click-up is a plus.
