Job Description
- Supervising elements of production in our Department
- Analyze production plan and ensure implement its
- Assess and analyze current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Determine and follow up machines requirements, consumable tools, accessions, spear parts …..Etc.
- Communication skills with his team to ensure more efficient productivity
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
- Work to improvement product cycle time with respecting product quality
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently according to lean manufacturing concepts
- Ensure apply 5S concept in production area and keep it improved
- Educate employees best methods in which to operate machinery and change over new products to guarantee efficient process
- Work to minimize any kind of waste through operation process
- Keep follow machines maintenance issues to maintain its for maximum safety and efficiency
- Keep follow up all machines breakdowns and make all analysis to control its according corrective action plan
- Work within department objectives and support to achieve its
- Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
- Follow and adhere to all company enforce safety rules and regulations
- Data analysis ,problem solving and critical thinking skills
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering
- Experience : From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same filed
- Perfect English Language
- V.good Communication skills- Excellent leadership Skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress – Organized
- 3D Drawing professional ( solid works ) software
- Proficiency using SAP (production module )
- Proficiency using Microsoft office (excel)
