Job Description
- Create the project schedule Baseline.
- Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office).
- Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
- Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules.
- Track project performance and provide regular reports
- Assists in EOT Claims
- Periodic actual cost reports, indicating the estimate to complete and estimate at completion costs.
- Periodic reporting and controls of projects overhead and profits.
- Forecasted cash flow for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Construction field
- Expert with Primavera P6, power bi, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation skills.
- PMP Certified is preferred
