Job Description
- Follows up the daily operation of front desk.
- Receives and answers all inquiries from students or parents.
- Maintains communication via telephone, correspondences and e-mail with students or parents.
- Highlight the CIC advantages and delivers the main marketing message to inquiries.
- Be fully aware of all CIC admission requirements and academic rules and regulations.
- Receiving the official documents required from students.
- Issuing acknowledgment letter of received and missing paper
- Keep record of documents and forms received or handed out.
- Receiving the daily forms submitted & ensures that the process is done correct and helping students in filling in the forms. Making sure information entered is readable and all needed fields are completed.
- Responsible for issuance and follow-up Transcripts
- Responsible for follow-up the following forms (Final withdraw - Course Grades Revision - Update information -Document withdrawal - Attendance Excuse– ( Request_ Complain )
- Communicate with the students to inform them about their forms status by phone.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
