Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
