Job Description
- Participate in preparation of the annual manpower plan
- Handle the recruitment cycle for the company, starting from the hiring request till the final selection for the suitable candidate
- Handle job posting, review resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Screen resumes, interviewing candidates “competency based interview”, evaluate them according to the job requirements and prepare shortlist with accepted candidates
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Introduce candidates to line managers and following an orientation program
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build & update a comprehensive candidates’ database for anticipated business needs
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Bachelor's degree of suitable discipline
- HR diploma or MBA is an asset
- 6-8 Years of relevant experience
- FMCG background is a must
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent English & computer skills
