Job Description
- The role is responsible for implementing the Employer Branding, Internal Comms vision alongside People Function leaders and manage day to day Employer Branding & Internal Comms activities. We are developing Culture & Engagement & Internal Comms to Build Top of the World’s environment for our colleagues to work.
- The Employer Branding & Internal Comms Specialist will be responsible to drive Culture, Engagement & Streamline Internal Comms.
- Hhigh-quality candidates through talent community and recruiting events.
- Tailor activities, programs will be one of the biggest part to support People’s Team to build and grow our talent pool with Key Result Areas (Accountability & Responsibility of the role)
- You will champion People centricity by implementing branding strategies online & offline
- You will work closely with all People’s Function Divisions to execute the vision, increase engagement and develop culture
- You will champion internal communications by working very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to OD Development, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Team, Marketing
- You will be supporting Employer Branding Manager on building the roadmap
- You will - at any point in time - be juggling on multiple projects within the work stream at different stages of Employer Branding & Internal Comms
- You will own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives for all strategies and utilize metrics of social media and surveys to deep-dive into issues and uncover people-driving strength points.
- You will drive adoption & growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance culture of the company, engagement, satisfaction of existing and potential colleagues
- You will measure improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet Employer Branding & Internal Comms objectives.
- You will be accountable for clear Internal communication at Capiter
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Art, Communications, Marketing or Similar
- 1 year of prior Employer Branding/Digital Marketing/Communications experience preferably in B2B /B2C E- commerce
- Experience in implementing Employer Branding strategies online & offline
- Energetic, passionate, self-motivated and sociable individual
- Passionate about Photography
- Have basic skills of Graphic Design
- Have basic Photoshop skills
- Can create a story and apply it on paper
- Think outside of the box to bring ideas into life
