Job Description
- Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning, to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) for diverse clients
- Build both prospecting and re-targeting campaigns that push In-Market Auto Shoppers through the purchase funnel
- Generating leads and sales using Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Use Facebook and Google Analytics metrics to expand, evolve, and optimize campaigns
- Ensure Facebook tasks are being delivered on-time and as expected by client
- Test ads to determine highest performing creative, markets, and ad copy
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
- Provide conversion-focused ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data
- Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across client campaigns
- Reporting of results of Facebook and Instagram Campaigns
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to exceed KPIs and hit deadlines
- Create content
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to Facebook Advertising
Job Requirements
- Hold a Facebook BluePrint Certification
- 2-3 years’ of experience in running Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Knowledge of the various paid campaigns, re-targeting, Facebook advertising
- Aware of psychological tactics that influence audiences behavior
- Experience and Knowledge in improving Click Through Rates and Costs Per Click
- Understanding social ad creation, market segmentation, and implementation
- Create/add/manage Facebook ads and large budgets on a daily basis
- Knows the ins and outs of Facebook ads
