Job Description
- Manages and develops all business activities in the country with the potential and objective to broaden the scope to other regions or international markets.
- Prepare and manage budgets and oversees the development and management of departmental operations and partners.
- Set Sales targets per contracted country and meets targets as described in the business sales plan.
- Opening new markets based on the company's strategies regarding the targeted markets.
- Negotiating contracts and referring to the financial department to determine the appropriate pricing, payment methods based on preferences and benefits for the company based on the target market
- Drive expansion of export channel and ensure business continuity.
- Follow up on the collection process with the financial department.
- Research potential markets before penetration and acquiring new clients in new markets & Attending International trade Shows
- Conduct market research for each market in region. Distribution, competition, market shares.
- Aware and up to date to country-specific regulations, requirements and standard operating procedures; including product registration, required product certificates, and test reports where need be.
- Direct and monitor the export operations from A to Z and have the knowledge of the details of the export business and Liaising with all departments relevant to export activities as purchasing, materials management, production, and overall operating functions.
- Follow up on the order's production and packaging for shipping and supervise the logistics of exports operation.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans that expands company’s customers based and ensure its strong presence.
- Control of stock of trading company SKU’s and setting ordering plans
- Prepare sales analysis monthly, quarterly and annually per region and per product.
- Select Exhibits that will guarantee correct exposure of the products in foreign markets that will benefit in market access and sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 5: 10 Years’ experience in export sales with the last 5 years in a similar position.
- A Master’s degree is preferred (MBA).
- Excellent English language skills (Fluent in French is a plus).
- Organized and Methodological.
- Responsible, Flexible, Proactive, and Energetic person.
