Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Lead hard complaints and deal with part of our amounts of target. 
  • Collect archived amounts from our existing scholars and provide important information to all customers.
  • Gathering information about customer complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiating with customers to retain in their courses.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in similar field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Excellent in English Language.
  • Relevant experience with Customer Service for educational institutes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Communicates Clearly and Efficiently
