To achieve/exceed Orders, Sales, Margin and other key targets as per the agreed targets and company business strategy.
Manage negotiation and close orders as necessary.
Proven track record for closing deals.
Develop and maintain the sales funnel for the target segments.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers key contacts as required and support them their business plan objectives.
Follow-up both internally and with the customer to ensure business plan objectives are met.
Manage priorities to ensure Customer satisfaction is at the highest level.
Develop Business Cases for new business opportunities and meet new opportunity targets in the business plan.
Recognize/identify opportunities in the Customers network.

Min 8-10 years’ sales experience in the ICT domain.
BSc in Communication Engineering or Computer Science is a must
Excellent negotiation/communication skills
Good working knowledge of the Customer culture, organisation and business drivers
Ability to persuade internal/external resources to fulfil customer requirements
Ability to provide clear, concise reports and feedback to peers and executives.
Excellent contact network especially in the IT domain.
Demonstrate leadership and ownership.
Sales Management Training.
