Job Scope:
We are looking for Project Manager with ERP implementation experience to lead and manage ERP Project Engagement. This person will be responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a project. This person should possess strong leadership skills and can build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders. This person will also be responsible for providing inputs to the IT and ERP Managers and steering committee team for implementation updates.
Job Description:
- Perform the work to define and mature the project scope, develop the project management plan, and identify and schedule the project activities.
- Perform the work in the project management plan to accomplish the project objectives under the project scope statement / Statement of Work (SOW).
- Perform the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to effect process.
- Ensure team delivers the project within the agreed project budget.
- Ensure team delivers the project on time and do consistent timely reminders with project team.
- Perform the work to formally terminate a project and transfer the completed product to operations.
- Oversee the daily operations of project team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Analyze and troubleshoot project issues in accurate and timely manner.
- Develop and enforce best practices to improve performance efficiency.
- Oversee resource allocations and develop work plans.
- Maintain project documentations according to established guidelines.
Job Requirements
Skill Set Required:
- Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Infor LN project management experience is required.
- Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
- Negotiation Skills for keeping the project aligned to the overall business goals as outlined in the Implementation Contract.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
- Must have strong communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
- Self-motivated to perform effectively and provide accurate results.
- Applicants with prior ERP Implementation background are expected to possess below additional skills:
- Participate in the implementation as a subject matter expert and represent the business requirements.
- Must be able to produce specific examples of his or her work product (e.g. business requirements, design, output, and training plans, etc.)
- Applicants with prior Infor LN Consulting background are expected to possess below additional skills:
- Advise the organization on Infor LN and help minimize gaps between standard Infor LN business processes with creative configuration.
Key Job Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree in Business or Information Technology is desired.
- Must have 10 years working with ERPs with minimum 2 years in a position where significant implementation responsibilities were managed by the candidate.
- Two full life cycle project experience as a Project Manager would be preferred.
- Infor LN Certifications in one or more areas is required.
- PMP Certifications would be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent command of English language both written and verbal.
