Job Description
- Ensures that the business’s food safety program is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Participates in food safety audits. Responsible for verification of corrective actions executed by other departments.
- Knows how to recognize, prevent and alleviate food safety hazards in the food plants.
- Completes additional projects as assigned by Management.
- Participates in safety meetings and implements new requirements with QA inspectors.
- Managing a small team of hygiene staff.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food industry.
- Bachelor degree in Food Science or related science field.
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to supervise and motivate employees.
- Self-starter with demonstrated high level of initiative.
- Good Knowledge of English Language
